TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 

It is the responsibility of the bride to familiarise, understand and accept responsibility of all the booking terms and conditions.

By booking a bridal appointment you are acknowledging that you will let me know at your earliest convenience if your plans change. As you can imagine brides plan in advance, so if you wish to cancel your appointment I ask for notice. Please see cancellations fees below. 




In the unfortunate event that you have to CANCEL my services for whatever reason:
 
Cancellation/change of date within 6 months of the agreed wedding date = 50% of the total balance to be paid by the original date of the wedding.

Cancelling 1 month or less than the agreed wedding date = 100% of the total balance still due by the original wedding date. 


(Total balance is the balance for the whole party, including bridesmaids or guest makeup as per the original booking.)





Products/allergies. 

The bride must inform me of any allergies before any services are carried out.

If I cancel my services. 
In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend on the day due to illness or unforeseen circumstances all efforts will be made to try and find another artist. All money previously paid (excluding trial fee) will be refunded.

By booking my service you are agreeing to my terms and conditions stated above. If you change your wedding date to a later date than you originally booked and you cancel, the terms and conditions will stand from the original date you booked in.
